Dr. Mimi Goss is the author of What Is Your One Sentence?: How to Be Heard in the Age of Short Attention Spans (Prentice Hall-Penguin, 2012). A communications consultant, media trainer and former reporter, she teaches at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. She trains leaders nationally and internationally.
